You may book a free trial class for one of our adult Beginner classes (Muay Mai) via our website at www.wimbledonmuaythai.com/free-trial.

Our Kids classes are suitable for kids of all levels.  If you / they are 15 years or younger, please book into one of our Kids classes (Muay Dek).

You / your child will need your / their own handwraps and gloves to participate in the class.  For hygiene reasons, we do not have gear to borrow at the gym.  We have various gear for sale at the gym.

Unfortunately, you are unable to participate in our classes without your own handwraps and boxing gloves.  For hygiene reasons, we do not have gear to borrow at the gym.  We have various gear for sale at our gym.

Question 5

I would like to put my membership on hold / cancel / vary my membership, can you help me?

Please contact us at wimbledonmuaythai@gmail.com.  Please allow sufficient time to make any changes to your ongoing / direct debit membership.  Minimum 1 week notice for changes, 2 weeks notice for cancellations.

Lump sum / fixed term memberships are for a fixed term and non-refundable.  We are not able to make changes to your membership once purchased.  If you would like flexibility in your membership, please look at our ongoing / direct debit options.

Question 6

When can I join the sparring classes?

You will need to have all of the required gear for sparring class, including mouthguard, headgear, 16oz gloves and shinguards.  Please speak to us at the gym for approval.  If you do not have prior experience in sparring, you will need to have completed Muay Siam.

Question 7

Do the kids classes follow the school terms / change over school holidays?

Our kids classes remain the same times throughout the whole year.  We only close / adjust our timetable over long weekends / public holidays and the Christmas / New Year period.

Question 8

Do your memberships follow school terms?

Accepted Answer

Our kids memberships do not follow school terms.  Our direct debit kids membership is for a minimum term of 6 months (ongoing unless cancelled).  You are able to put direct debit memberships on hold over school holiday periods.

Our lump sum student membership is fixed for 3 months.

My child is a beginner, do they join the Beginner class or Kids class?

Our Kids classes are suitable for kids of all levels.  If your child is 15 years or younger, please book into one of our Kids classes.  If your child 16 years or older, they may book into an adult beginner class (Muay Mai).

Is there parking onsite?

Accepted Answer

There is limited parking onsite.  Please park within the marked lines.  Please DO NOT park on yellow markings.  Please DO NOT park in front of the other businesses.  If the parking lot is full, you will need to find street parking.

Question 11

When do you close the gym?

Accepted Answer

The gym is closed over long weekends / public holidays and timetable is adjusted over the Christmas / New Year break.  We may also close the gym on days we have a competition night that clashes with class.  We will email updates to all students on our mailing list and you can also see affected days through our Clubworx class bookings (i.e. via members app and website).
