NOTES:

1.  Timetable subject to changes over public holiday periods.

2.  Your own gear is required for all classes - handwraps, gloves, sweat towel.  

3.  Sparring classes require full protective gear including 16oz gloves, mouthguard, headgear and shinguards.

4.   Booking required.  Class may be cancelled if less than 2 people have booked.
